This project consisted of full structural and MEP engineering for a gelato retail tenant improvement located in Los Angeles, California.
Creative Design Partners, Inc. (CDP) provided coordinated engineering services for a complete interior build-out within an existing commercial structure. The project required precise integration of structural framing, ceiling systems, and food-service MEP infrastructure to meet Los Angeles building and health department requirements.
This was not conceptual or marketing-level work. It was permit-driven engineering designed to pass City of Los Angeles plan check and function in the field without redesign.
Scope of Work
- Structural engineering for interior metal stud framing and suspended ceiling support

Retail food-service projects in Los Angeles fail when drawings are incomplete or poorly coordinated. This project moved forward because structural and MEP systems were engineered together, not patched later in the field.
