What began as a family practice — with engineers across structural, mechanical, and civil disciplines — has grown into a full-service firm trusted by architecture firms, general contractors, and developers across California.
Because our structural, MEP, civil, and Title 24 capabilities were built from the ground up within a single team, our coordination is genuine — not a workflow we assembled by stitching together separate consultants. Every discipline understands how the others work, which means fewer conflicts, cleaner documents, and a smoother process for everyone involved in your project.

A Family of Engineers. One Firm.
YA Creative Design Partners began as a family venture. With family members practicing across mechanical, civil, and structural engineering, we recognized that we had something most firms spend years trying to build — deep, in-house expertise across every major engineering discipline, already under one roof.
In 2018, we made the decision to formalize that collective knowledge into a single firm. The idea was straightforward: architects, contractors, and developers should not have to manage four separate engineering consultants on one project. By bringing structural, MEP, civil, and Title 24 together as a unified practice, we could offer our clients something genuinely rare — one coordinated team that owns the full engineering scope from start to finish.
That founding principle has not changed. Seven years later, it is still the reason our clients come back — and the reason they refer us to other firms they trust.
We started this firm because we already had structural, MEP, and civil engineers in the family. The question was never whether we had the expertise — it was whether we could build a firm that delivered all of it as one coordinated team. That is what YA is.
