At YA Creative Design Partners, our MEP engineers are in-house and work alongside our structural and civil teams from the start of every project. Equipment penetrations are coordinated with structural framing before drawings go to the building department. Rooftop unit placement is confirmed against the structural roof system. Utility locations align with civil design. This internal coordination prevents the conflicts that typically surface during construction when separate consultants are involved.
