What is included in a grading and drainage plan?

Existing and proposed contours, pad and finish floor elevations, cut and fill quantities, drainage patterns, storm drain and area drain layout, erosion control measures and the details and notes the reviewing agency requires.

Do you prepare stormwater documentation such as a WQMP or SWPPP?

Yes. We prepare water quality management plans, stormwater control plans and erosion and sediment control plans to the format the local agency requires, and coordinate with the plan checker through approval.

Can you handle subdivision mapping?

Yes. We support tentative and final map preparation, parcel maps and lot line adjustments, working with a licensed land surveyor for boundary and topographic survey where required.

Do you need a topographic survey before starting?

For most grading and mapping work, yes. We can work from an owner-provided survey or arrange one through a licensed surveyor and include it as a separate line item in the proposal.

Do you provide construction phase civil services?

Yes. We respond to RFIs, review contractor submittals, prepare revisions to approved plans and support agency inspection and closeout.
