Engineering Scope:

Electrical scope included new electrical service line, panel design, and power distribution per the 2022 California Electrical Code.
Plumbing scope covered new sanitary sewer service connection, water supply, and fixture design per the 2022 California Plumbing Code.
Structural scope addressed the new building foundation, framing, and structural adequacy for the proposed construction.
Title 24 Part 6 energy compliance documentation was prepared for all applicable systems.
